About Us
What started as a challenge became a calling. One afternoon after revisiting photos from our European adventures, I decided to challenge myself to recreate some of our favorite pastries. After much trial and error, I was successful in creating a beautiful, handmade, butter croissant.
From that moment, I was hooked. I wanted to learn the ins and outs of all things bread and see how far I can take this obsession. Cultured Grains is the result!
